beautiful design but breakfast chaos

The hotel is a rare gem with fine mountain views that envelop you in nature. I particularly enjoyed the seamless access to both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an excellent way to relax after a long day. The cozy sauna facilities offered a tranquil escape, perfect for winding down. The striking mountain views from my room's balcony created a picturesque backdrop throughout my stay.

Breakfast service was often slow, causing delays in getting orders.

The mountain view was fine, but the shower setup was a bit odd.

Communication during breakfast was a nightmare. We had to repeatedly chase staff for our orders. Our room's shower area was not adequately separated from the toilet, unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Dinner was merely average, failing to impress despite the reputation.

The spa exceeded all our expectations. The outdoor patio was perfect for sippin' coffee while takin' in the view. Dinner was a five-course culinary delight every night. We really enjoyed both balconies in our room-can't beat those mountain views!

The scenic views from the balcony were amazing 🌄 Our spacious suite had two balconies and was very clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic at times, though. A fantastic stay!

The location was fine. South-facing rooms offered amazing mountain views and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh products. The staff was friendly and helpful. A real plus for our stay.

Majestic mountain views surrounded us at this peaceful hotel, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Breakfast included a good array of local products, made the mornings nice. The distance from the nearest cable-car station was quite a trek, and the chaotic breakfast service sometimes left us waiting for our orders. While the electronic shades in the room were a nice touch, the shower setup was somewhat unconventional, impacting our comfort .

The friendly staff provided really good service and were very helpful .

A bit pricey, but worth it for nature lovers

The views from our suite were very nice , like waking up in a postcard. We enjoyed fresh breakfast every morning and I gotta say, the local produce was a standout. You could taste the quality in every bite.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable considering the amazing surroundings.

Icaros has fine views of the dolomiti mountains that you can't help but admire. The indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic, especially when you relax in the sauna afterward. It's also great that you can easily rent electric mountain bikes nearby for some adventure.

The hotel is surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, perfect for anyone looking for a breathtaking view. the staff was courteous and went out of their way to meet our hiking needs. the food was great, with a wide variety of options that catered to our dietary needs. the wellness facilities were excellent, comprising a swimming pool, sauna, and relaxation zone that we enjoyed immensely.

the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, but we found some difficulty with noise levels that were quite high, making it hard to rest at times.

This hotel is situated in a stunning location, nestled in the slope of the mountains. The view of the Suisi mountains from here is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated and provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed joining the hotel day trip, which allowed me to fully experience and appreciate the beauty of the mountains.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.
